Why Sustainability Data Now Decides Corporate Travel Deals
Hotel chains and TMCs are losing corporate bids without verified sustainability data. Watch this webinar to learn what buyers look for, how to fix your RFP process, and see BeCause in action.
90% of companies now place sustainability among their top three RFP priorities—it's a procurement requirement, not a nice-to-have
Over 80% of corporate contracts are awarded to the first three bids received—delays in collecting sustainability data cost you deals before they even start
Advito, BCD Travel's consulting arm, breaks down exactly how corporate buyers score hotel sustainability submissions and what separates a winning bid from a losing one
The BeCause platform acts as a single source of truth, answer a sustainability question once and it maps across HRS Green Stay, BCD Travel, Cvent and more
Hotel chains can pre-fill data that applies across their entire portfolio, so individual properties only answer what's unique to them — dramatically reducing manual workload
Advito is building sustainability data into the point of sale—emissions figures alongside trip prices, so traveler choices are informed in real time
When RFP frameworks update their questions, BeCause implements changes immediately and reuses existing data where possible — no starting from scratch
Structured, comparable sustainability data is now a competitive differentiator; hotels that provide it win more business, faster
