Isabel Lissner holds a master’s degree in Tourism and Regional Development from the University of Greifswald and has extensive experience in sustainable tourism within the hospitality sector. She spent nearly eight years with the Foundation for Environmental Education, coordinating the international implementation of the Blue Flag and Green Key certification programs. She then joined the sustainable hospitality consultancy Considerate Group, managing the delivery of key products and strategic projects. Isabel currently serves as Business Product and Senior Sustainability Manager at BeCause - the Sustainability Data Hub for Tourism, Travel, and Hospitality.

Armand Odekerken is a senior lecturer and researcher at the Hotel Management School Maastricht, specializing in sustainable business strategies and the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). As a Professional Doctorate Candidate at Zuyd University of Applied Sciences, he collaborates with hotel organizations to apply double materiality analyses, integrating both strategic and operational perspectives. His expertise in management accounting, multiple value creation, and analytical methods enable him to guide hotels in developing effective, CSRD-compliant sustainability strategies.

Marina Bradford is the co-founder of travel and tourism sustainability consultancy TerraVerde, and a founder of impact consultancy Bemari (B Corp certified) focusing on addressing climate and nature crises. Marina brings over 20 years of experience and expertise in sustainability, supply chain and change management for public and private sector organisations across Europe, Africa and Asia spanning multiple industries.She has worked in and across over 20 countries supporting transition to more sustainable, restorative and distributive practices and is passionate about catalysing change through empowering individual and organisational action.

Lucas van Krugten, 38 years old, has been working in the hospitality industry since I was 14 years old. Starting in 2025 I’ve had several roles within Postillion Hotels from F&B-Supervisor, Operational Manager, General Manager to my current role as Quality & Safety Manager. In this role, I support the board, as well as the General Managers within our company. In addition to this, I’m responsible for the CSRD implementation on which we will start reporting as from January 2026.

Dr. Renée Wagner completed her broad education at the MODUL hotel and tourism school in Vienna and her studies at the University of Vienna with a doctorate in political science. Various postgraduate studies on the topic of "Economics and sustainability in tourism" as well as specialized trainings around the topic of ESG have always accompanied her in here entire career. Renée is an ESG expert with passion, coming from the international hospitality field. Currently working for Orascom Hotels Management - one of the biggest hotel owners and operators in the MENA region, with more than 8,000 guestrooms dispersed across Egypt, Oman, the UAE, Montenegro and Switzerland.
